Orthex posture pillows and cushions are receiving an updated fabric cover. The new cover is a darker charcoal colour vs. the light grey shown online. The transition period will vary by product.

If you're in need of a replacement pillow cover for your Orthex pillow or simply wish to have one or two extras for laundry rotation, then this product page is the solution!

Please ensure you're comparing the description and dimensions of the offered pillow covers to ensure they'll fit your existing pillow. Orthex revitalized its entire product range in early 2023. If you have an older Orthex pillow with white bamboo fabric, the new covers may not fit perfectly.

This product page is specifically for the zippered pillow cover. It does not include the foam pillow core.

The coconut cover is machine washable in cold water. Lay flat to dry. No ironing. No bleach.
