The outer cover may be removed and cold water washed, lay flat or hang to dry. The pillow core, including latex fill, can be machine-washed cold and laid flat to dry. Please keep in mind that it will take several days for the latex fill to dry completely. Under normal use, there is no need to ever wash the latex core.
